Embrace Luxury in the 2020 Jaguar F-Type

The Jaguar F-Type is the epitome of luxury and sophistication. It has been winning over a large fan base since it hit the scene back in 2014. With more standard features than ever moving into 2020, the F-Type's appeal is getting even broader.

Here at Jaguar South Shore, we are very excited about the new Checkered Flag Limited Edition package available for the F-Type. It gives the vehicle black exterior accents, black 20-inch wheels, and a black roof. Contrasting all of the black are red brake calipers and red seatbelts. This package even throws in a heated steering wheel. It is available for the P300 and P380 AWD models.

Standard starting this year is smartphone integration through both Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other standard features across the board include LED headlights, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, and heated side mirrors. Also newly standard for 2020 are the front and rear parking sensors.

When it comes to Tech, the Jaguar F-Type has you covered. On top of smartphone integration, it comes with a 10-inch touchscreen complete with navigaiton. A premium Meridian sound system featuring satellite radio is standard as well. Plus, advanced driver aids, such as lane-keeping assist and automatic emergency braking, come on all trim levels of the 2020 Jaguar F-Type.

The F-Type offers drivers here in Crown Point, IN more than just luxury. The standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0L four-cylinder that will give you a very satisfying 296-horsepower as well as 295 lb-ft of torque. Also available is a supercharged 3.0L V6 that can produce either 340-horsepower and 332 lb-ft of torque or 380-horsepower and 339 lb-ft of torque, depending on which trim level it is in.

Craving a V8 to drive around Gary or Schererville with? Also available is a supercharged 5.0L V8. For the R trim, this produces 550-horsepower and 502 lb-ft of torque. The top-of-the-line SVR manages to get a heart-pounding 575-horsepower and 516 lb-ft of torque out of that same engine.
