The Serra Automotive Group is looking for an Automotive Service Advisor to join our team due to our growing business. You MUST possess a positive attitude, dependability, and exceptional detail-orientated skills. BMW, Jaguar, or Land Rover experience is a plus.

The Service Advisor is responsible for creating compelling, long-term customer relationships, consulting with customers on service needs, meeting monthly sales goals, performing a thorough vehicle walk around inspection and ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service 

• Oversee flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled
• Ensures that the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.

• Must have previous Service Advisor experience.
